Easy to clean/disinfect

I had been looking for a nice, sanitary cutting board that I could easily wash after handling raw chicken etc, that wasn't plastic, wouldn't damage my knives and is dishwasher safe. This is just that. It's thin, easily stored, slides perfectly into the dishwasher where it can be washed and sanitized. The rubber edges keep it from sliding around. And the dual side with the little border on the one side keeps juices from spilling over the edge.

Nice

It's a really nice cutting board. It has become my go to. It is easy to clean and sturdy. It's also thinner than most cutting boards so it's easy to store and won't grow mold
