Unlock the Rovy Waver, set the desired temperature, set the desired styling time reminder for 4/6/8/10 seconds, take a two inch section of hair starting near the scalp and lightly clamp the Rovy on the hair, moving down towards the end of the hair, the styling timer will beep and tell you when to release the hair and repeat down the section of hair, then continue as needed.

Wow! This is the best hair tool I've ever used. Total game changer!!!! My hair is naturally strait. When I used to curl my hair, it usually doesn't last and goes flat. This tool helps me keep my waves for at least 8 hours!!!! I live in a humid state and that is a miracle in my opinion! It looks like I have naturally curly hair!!! My daughter loves it too.
