Skyfoot Arch Support Inserts, for Flat Feet, Plantar Fasciitis, Foot Pain Relief, 2 Pairs, Black

Placed correctly in sandals these are a lifesaver making flip flops comfy , I've put them in a few different pairs and they've fit great . They don't stand out so nobody's going to notice them but you'll want to tell them about them because they're a big help for me.

This is a goodcsolution for low profile arch support in dress shoes. In runningbshoes and worknshoes, i use custom orthotics-and have to often size up to allow room. But these work in my regilar size shoes. The adhesive is strong- even after repositioning it once or twice. The surface is soft like moleskin, and basically my foot forgets its even there after a minute. The arch support is not aggressive, but just a soft pillow. If anything, I almost wish it was higher- but I'm used to custom orthotics and my foot problems are severe. These work well in heels as well as flats.
