Great item bad packaging missing info Sims card

I ordered this watch for my 12 year old great grand daughter. She loves it. It has many options. It needs a separate sims card so we couldn't use it right away. Also, the package was damaged so I wasn't sure it would work. All in all we are satisfied with this item and I would order it again.
