Key item features

  • 0.5-Second Fingerprint Recognition: Need to get in now? Our high-speed biometric scanner is fast enough to beat you to the doorknob.
  • AI Self-Learning: The lock's AI dynamically refines your model with every scan, so the fingerprint entry gets faster and more reliable over time.
  • Local Security First: Your private data—including fingerprints, passcodes, and user info—is stored locally and encrypted on the lock itself.
  • Built-in Wi-Fi. No Extra Hub Needed: Check your door status, lock it from your couch (or a beach 3,000 miles away), and get instant notifications, all in the Wyze app.
  • We believe in power. That’s why we loaded it with 8 AA batteries (included) for a solid 8+ months of run time.
  • 50 Unique Codes: Give the dog walker a scheduled code that works every Tuesday at 1 PM, or send your cousin a one-time guest code that expires automatically after their visit.
  • Anti-Peep Technology: If someone is looking over your shoulder, just mash in a bunch of random digits before or after your real code. You get in, the spy gets nothing.
  • Auto-Lock Timer: Save your brainpower for bigger problems. Set the Auto-Lock timer in the Wyze app (from 15 seconds up to 15 minutes), and the lock will automatically engage.
  • Local Lock After Hours: Even if your Wi-Fi flakes out, the Lock After Hours feature runs locally on the lock to automatically secure itself at a set time. It's got one job, and it does it well.‌

Wyze Lock Bolt v2

Product was easy to install. It's so easy to use, even our kids loved it. Makes it easy for them to open the door with their finger print or code when they arrive from school. No need to leave the door open anymore. We love that it locks automatic and that we can also enter temporary codes if needed. Big thumbs up. So far no isses.

Overall this is a great loc! It will allow you to setup codes and/or a fingerprint for users. That works great! And you get control of what time the user can use the code or fingerprint. Also you can create one time use codes which is nice. It is very quick to lock or unlock as well as when you control it with the Wyze app. You can also have door automatically lock at a specific time or a set time after unlocking. The only thing I would improve or to be aware of is the plate on the provided bolt does not come off so if you have a different plate or round bolt in you door you will have to use your existing bolt and plate or order one. But overall it has worked well and the app is very intuitive to use.

Secure performance

We have deployed almost 20 of these door locks across our multi-acre campus. We use them to let our staff and our clients gain access to certain parts of the building. Although the system was never designed to be used in this manner, for us it works flawlessly. Since I came on board with our organization I have implemented several Wyze devices ranging from cameras to climate sensors. Wyze technology continues to perform past my very tight standards. It never has to be messed with, it never has a problem. I never get a phone call to have to come and adjust anything. I have been a big fan Wyze since they started and have never once been disappointed. Keep up the good work!
