this item came looking the way it look in the app ad for Walmart. it works as said in the ad. it was easy to put up once you actually sat down look at the directions even though you really don't need it because it's simple plus I looked at the way it was supposed to be put together online from Walmart and I did it it was very simple. works great, no leaks. no missed valve functioning.. I see from some reviews that people said it leaks , it has a plastic look.. but that's not true. they just don't know what they're doing.. especially if you not like a handy type man around the house but I missed the know-it-all and breaks things and didn't have to get somebody to straighten out your mess. they give you two washers for the shower set and people don't know that two washers already in to the connector to the main pipe that comes out the wall which is one washer already inside that part, but the two washes that is black that they sent in the box you use one of them at each end of the shower hose for the handheld shower part. one goes in one end that connects to the pipe that's come from the big giant shower head and the other washer goes in the end of the shower hose and then screw the shower handle into the hose but you got to make sure all the parts has the water ceiling tape on it that they send you. lot of people say that don't work it still leaks that's because you putting one of the watches in the area that already has a washer made and push into it and it's not going to tighten up snug cuz you got no threads left with two watches inside one end. so the only place the two washers goes is one at one end of the hose and then another one goes at the end of the hose that you screw the hand shower part two.. that's it simple. no leaks. but if you plan on making a mess I really don't know what you're doing let somebody that's mechanically inclined that knows how to do simple handiwork do it for you. it do not take a genius just to hang up or put up anything especially a shower. but that's all I got to say.
