I'm really happy with this door lock overall. Installation was super easy and straightforward—I had it set up and working in no time. All the access options have been great for us. The fingerprint reader is quick and reliable, the keypad works perfectly, and the tag option is a nice bonus for convenience. The main reason we chose this lock was the auto-lock feature, and it's been a game changer. Not having to worry about whether the door is locked gives real peace of mind. The only downside I've noticed is that when unlocking the door from the outside, it sometimes starts beeping and says the lock is jammed, which prevents the auto-lock from engaging. It's a bit annoying, but aside from that, the lock has been working great and does exactly what we need.
