good cheap floaty toy

it works mostly okay as a cheap floaty toy. some of them are a little top-heavy and won't stay upright but cheap and worth it anyways. we don't use it for kids baths. we set up a little pool with a solar water fountain on our enclosed back deck for our cats to play in and swat at fake fish and floaty toys they love it. I definitely recommend it for cats and kids in the tub.
