This bra is silky soft. It has adjustable straps and even has an adjustable hook and eyes to make it bigger around if needed. It doesn't have removable padding. It has slits to remove them but they are machine stitched in the middle. Personally I wouldn't take them out because that's where you get your support and lift. But it does run small if you're full figured. I 'll be purchasing it again I'm sure.
