Now I did not actually use this item because the wrong size shipped. That being said, I did have the opportunity to touch and feel the mattress topper and can say the cushions on the topper are as described. They felt like clouds. Very full and pillowy. I can say I was really disappointed that the wrong size arrived because the topper felt like it would make for a very comfortable nights sleep.
