After unboxing, it does take a little bit of fluffing and rotating the chair and material inside for its full size to take shape. The filling is not a typical bean bag style. The filling appears to be shredded up foam. My son has been loving this chair for gaming. For his size, it does support him and allows for a comfortable gaming session. The outside velvet cover is so silky smooth and feels of very high quality, so I'm sure it's durable enough to make it through a lot more gaming sessions. Overall, for a lightweight comfortable beanbag chair, you can't go wrong with this one!
