Cheap cuts still grow healthy bodies

I remember when meat used to be less than half this price. I mean sure it was often on sale because of overproduction and lack of consumption but now that burger is eight dollars a pound what choice do we have except to buy processed mis-cuts that have been reused as sausage. I wish it had natural casing instead of this all natural casein casing but hey the broke people of the world are two tired to fix it.
