Its beautiful I took a picture to show that the outer layer, the layer that will be exposed to the skin, is smooth fabric and the inner layer looks to be waterproof. When i read the specifics about this products i found it a little confusing, the discription reads 'top layer is made from comfortable fabric' 'our underlayer is 100% waterproof' which sounded to me like there was only one layer that was waterproof, hey nowadays with all the deceitfullness going around you have to be careful. I took a chance can always return with Walmart. I am very happy with the quality and the appearance.
