Whack color scheme. An excellent conversation starter (your mileage may vary). If you've ever messed with the Kingdom Airrazor, Skywarp, or Terrorsaur figures you are familiar with how expressive and articulated this particular figure is. The pictures and renderings shown for Star Eagle I find also fail to capture the unique metallic reds and blues which are used on the figure in robot mode in addition to the cyan/turquoise and grays used on the figure...very unique in person. Unfortunately, Star Eagle lacks any established character related fiction as a modern Transformers figure/character. You could choose to headcanon them as an upgraded beast form of Blue Bolts from Takara's Transformers Legends manga like some have chosen. You could also headcanon them as a Homelander-esque character as others have suggested. Star Eagle was hand selected by the Magnaboss Committee members Prowl, Ironhide, and Silverbolt to serve as public relations specialist in their public facing role to better Maximal and Predacon relations and as a secret agent in their private facing role carrying out whatever is deemed necessary by the Maximal High Council. Seemingly unbeknownst to the Maximal High Council Star Eagle is in actuality a Predacon double agent descended from Amalgamous Prime and employed by the Tripredacus Council, having replaced the original Star Eagle and taken their identity, role, and personality as a shifter directly related to the ancient Decepticons Makeshift and Counterpunch. Star Eagle has kept the Tripredacus Council abreast of the Maximal High Council's plans and plots for so long now they have trouble remembering who they are and may even believe they truly are Star Eagle! Time shall tell which identity of the double agent shall prevail in Star Eagle...the Tripredacus Council's double agent in deep cover or the Maximal High Council's prestige and accomplished agent...either way they will have to answer the awesome might of the Maximal Magnaboss or the Predacon Tripredacus for their actions.
