I have used the massager several times already. The knots around my spine and in my neck have decreased in size. The day after using it, I felt really sore, but I kept using it. The intensity of the massage can be customized, and that is helpful depending on which part of my body I am using it on. The heat is wonderful! The charging cord is a good length. I use the massager for my lower back pain. It is an excellent device for giving relief to those muscles along my spinal cord. Since soothing heat is available I found no need for a heating pad. It give me a deep tissue massage that when finished allows me better freedom of bending from the waist and overall ease of use of the lower back muscles. Getting this kind of equipment for this price is my kind of shopping.
