Sleep is precious

The past I've taken a different type of magnesium supplement and it didn't have any effect. Then recently this magnesium glycinate was recommended to me. I've been taking one at night and I noticed a difference. After I wake up to go to the bathroom at night, I am able to fall asleep faster. I even shared this with my doctor. I just take this apartment with a little water at night. It doesn't have any taste and I don't notice any negative side effect.

This is a capsule, not a chew, so taste is not a factor. Ease of swallow is, but I haven't experienced that yet, as I'm not out of my previous bottle of magnesium.

Great for sleep

Seems to be of good quality. I use it nightly to help with sleep headaches muscles cramps etc and it definitely helps. I am still on the hunt for my favorite one. Trying another brand currently but if it doesn't work as well I'll come back to this one for sure. I get way less headaches when I take this nightly. I get muscle cramps in my legs as I work on my feet and put in so so many steps a day and this stops that too. Love it. It's chelated too so it's better able to be absorbed. I definitely know when I forget to take it. I don't sleep as well and wake up with headaches and leg cramps. I try my best to NOT forget.
