I absolutely love this pattern. I love the combination of the mute colors with the bright colors. There is some elastic at the end of the sleves that helps the sleves stay down. This jacket does have functioning pockets. It also has a hood that has a small bit of elastic in the center which should help it stay on better.

My kids are obsessed with Toy story right now and this rain jacket was perfect for my little guy. My son is one years old and weighs 19 pounds, and he's wearing a size 12 months in this rain jacket. It's very easy to get on and it's thin and lightweight. I like that there is a mash liner on the inside to keep him dry. The hood stays on his head nicely because it's got elastic around it. This is great to just fold up into a bag too, and it doesn't take up much space.
