Super cute but not very cute on

I'm 54 and 195 pounds I bought an extra large and it was too small in the shoulders. It pulled funny on the top because of it when wearing it the pockets are also on the side scene which felt like they were too far back. After putting it on, it didn't look as cute as I expected. The material and lining makes it really good quality and I like the color I just did not like the fit.
