Easy to put together and very sturdy. I am 5'6" and I can hang my legs straight down while doing pullups. The tower was tipping when I used the bands so I moved the pushup handles to the back and flipped them so that they are facing up. Then I put a 25 lb bar bell weight on each handle and this solved the tipping problem and made the tower much more stable.
