Appears to be a good shovel.

The reason I ordered this was because my Craftsman ergonomic shovel, with a curved handle, bent and broke. SO I ordered this and expected to have it within, like 3 days but it was 'delayed' for almost a week. When I got the box, there was no 'lower' part of the handle in the box. That part being the part if you look in photo, above, the part between the polycarbonate 'shovel blade' and the top handle, separated there with a nut in the middle. Anyways, I called the company and they were sorry it got sent without the lower handle and I got the needed part in a couple of days. SO KUDOS to the company for doing that. Unfortunately, it has NOT snowed ANY since I got the shovel so I cannot actually 'rate' it. However due to its design I can say it's what I'm looking for.
