Big sturdy, heavy duty plastic very small openings for the hangers and by draping sheets over the top of them, we know that the clothes will be protected. The plastic material seems good quality also. So since I am allergic to dust this should work for me. Also there is room at the bottom with things like gloves or a scarf. I am going to throw a dryer sheet in the bottom for fresh.smelling clothes.
