Horrible backpack purchase or just a lemon

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with this purchase. After one week: The zippers keep getting stuck The decorative metal piece in front of the back fell off and I can't get it back on. The bag is poorly stitched. I wouldn't recommend this bag to anyone. Can I be refunded for this terrible purchase. Or have the bag replaced. Please let me know if this situation can be rectified.
