These letters are what I thought they would be for the price. They are thin, flat and colorful to somewhat look like gingerbread cookies. When they arrived and upon first glance at them - I was NOT happy. They looked like they were "backwards or upside down". However, this is not the case. They are shipped with a film on the smooth side. You have to peel off the film on the smooth side of the ornament and will see that it looks fine. I believe it is printed on one side and shows though the clear acrylic on the other side. It is fine for what I needed it for as a decoration. I took a star off because they do not tell you to remove the film, leading most people to think its defective.
