It spills a tiny bit sometimes but i don't mind, i hated how all my toddlers plastic bottles smells after a while form using and i would have to keep buying them a new plastic sippy cups every while, the milk and water tastes better in stainless steel than in plastic bottles, im so so happy i found a stainless sippy cup, i aslo got the smaller size as well, I've heard a lot of people mentioning it stops working after a while and i had the same problem, just turned out you need to push the inner parts really well to get out any water or air trapped Overall loved it I wish the tip was made of soft material ,like the one in the smaller size Never getting plastic sippy cups ever again
