Catspot Lightweight All Natural Plant Fiber Clumping Cat Litter, Chemical Free

We loved this cat litter because it is all natural. My pretty kitty had no issues using this litter right away i am so happy that it does not have all of those chemicals that other litters do. But it is also beneficial for bounce home because it does not have a horrible sense. It’s like a natural older illuminator. It’s easy to clean up because of clumps. And I was happy that the package was lightweight so it was easier to bring in the house. Overall, I am extremely happy with this all natural plant, fiber clumping litter and I will continue to use it as it runs out in order more. If you’re looking for an all natural alternative to regular cat litter, this is your sign to make a change. I’m happy that I did.

Let me preface by saying I have 2 auto litter boxes ie the so called self cleaning boxes. I started to give this litter a 4-star rating due to the tracking, however, I felt that unfair since I don’t have just one or two or even just three cats. So, based on that, my experience in a true multi-cat family is this: 1) There was virtually no dust and definitely no dust as they kicked it around to bury their business; 2) the litter covered up the poo smell excellently; and 3) it may not clump super tight but it did the job clumping as there were nice, neat semi-roundish clump balls in the litter disposal bin. A very real and awesome highlight is, there was no sound of the litter shifting as the boxes did their self-cleaning duty! That is a high plus in my book! I never realized just how loud some litters are in self-cleaning mode especially the teeny tubular pellets. It’s not a loud sound per se but the first time I heard, or didn’t hear, the litter being shifted, I thought something happened to the box, like it jammed or got stuck. Pretty doggone amazing. Now, the disposal box can get stinky before it fills up so I have to change out a day or two earlier than I used to. For me, that is not a problem to use bags slightly more frequently. As for the tracking, I do have to vacuum or sweep frequently because, as with any litter no matter what it clams, there will be a certain amount of tracking. In a true multi-cat family you will have to stay on top of keeping surfaces clean on pretty much a constant basis, and not just the floor. I would use the mats you place on floor at opening of the boxes but I have a cat who likes to pee on them. Overall, this is definitely one of the best litters I’ve used. Would be awesome if they made it in pellet form like tofu and pea husk litter. :-)
