About this item

Product details

Some cordless vacuums sacrifice suction for lightness. The Dyson V9 Motorbar™ cordless vacuum delivers the powerful performance you’d expect from a Dyson, yet it’s 33% lighter than the Dyson V15™ vacuum. With up to 40 minutes of fade-free suction, it is pioneering Dyson technology concentrated for deep cleaning.¹ It has advanced, whole-machine filtration that captures pet allergens and fine dust and expels cleaner air.² The Motorbar™ cleaner head de-tangles wrapped hair as you vacuum. The innovative Hair screw tool with a conical brush bar is perfect for cleaning upholstery and pet beds. Thanks to the cordless format, it also transforms into a handheld vacuum with one click so you can clean up high, down low, and everywhere in between. Comes with a 2-year warranty and lifetime Dyson support.

¹In Eco mode. Actual run time may vary based on power mode, floor type and/or attachments used.
²In Boost mode. All other modes achieve at least 99.97% filtration.

In the box: Motorbarᵀᴹ cleaner head, Combination tool, Crevice tool, Hair screw tool, Wall dock, Charger.

Decision Made!

Been using for a while now suction and runtime is solid and manoeuvrability is great as well. Very happy with the decision to purchase as we have been on fence for a while.

Wet/dry cleaning problems solved

Purchased to replace a decade old earlier cordless model. The ability to choose suction levels vs. run time is great! Let's me hit the travel paths to greater effect. The submarine head is so ridiculously easy to use. Only requires same movement and rhythm as simply dry vacuuming. The solution tank will appear too small but the machine meters it out very effectively to let you wash a far larger area than you would think possible. Very happy with this machine/purchase.

Very happy with an impulsive purchase.

Bought the V9 submarine on special at a local electronics store. I was interested because it was on special and offered a light option to wash my timber floors. Very happy with the purchase as the unit works exactly as described. Easy to use light and does a good job of washing timber floors.
