I needed an indoor mat to go in front of the patio door that opens to our deck. I wanted a low pile, low profile mat because the door opens inward. I wanted it to be somewhat decorative because it would be in our living room. This mat fits the bill. It looks good with the rest of our decor. It is low enough for the door to open. The rubber backing will make it slip proof. I like the two tones of gray.
