I love the chaos, but for some reason, it doesn't always heat up. i don't know if there's a short in the connection. The first day i got it, i tried and it didn't work. i thought maybe it was the battery. i got 2 brand new battery packs and it still doesn't connect right. I've only used the chair once so far.

I havent used it yet, but my initial response is very favorable. I mainly gave 4 stars because I dont know yet how it will perform in cold weather nor how long the charge will last. Pros: The chair is very comfortable. It has pockets on the inside of the chair that will be handy. The heat level seems like it will be perfect. It doesnt feel very warm to the touch, but when you sit in it, it gets really nice and cozy. It's closed in (meaning no openings around the arm rests) so wind will be blocked. Even though it's large and could be cumbersome, it has a strap that wraps around it when folded, it's easy to get into the bag, and the bag has two straps so can be worn like a backpack for easy transport. Cons: The charging cord is really short so make sure you have it charged when it's folded. It's really large even when folded and in the bag so takes up a lot of space.
