Lost Canopy

I got one of these about a yr ago and we love it. It is so perfect for all my kids and I love all the extra features on it. My only problem is I lost the top canopy part and I need to know if I can purchase a replacement for it or find one that is compatible to us.

Big

Love how big it is, my 5 year old fits in it comfortablly. But the wheels suck! I wish they came with wheels that actually have traction.

Quality not good

Love the wagon; it’s big and sturdy. I’ve only used 4 times in less than 2 months and the sides of handles are coming off and the storage basket is ripped

reply from Consumer Care Team

We’re so glad to hear you love the wagon’s size and sturdiness — but we’re sorry to hear about the issues with the handle and storage basket. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have, especially after only a few uses. Please reach out to our Consumer Care Team at 1-800-544-1108, so we can take a closer look and help resolve this for you. We appreciate your feedback and the chance to make things right!
