This, and the other 3 I purchased in different colors, is exactly what I hoped and expected. For a large breasted woman, this has plenty of coverage and support. It is pretty and doesn't roll like some little stretchy bras do. I don't know if it really breathes, it should. The nipple pads hold a lot of water when it is washed, otherwise, I think it would dry quickly. I usually pull those pads out anyway. Because this has really good support, I wouldn't try to sleep in it. Too tight. It was quite reasonably priced, and I am waiting to see how well they last. That said, I still wear a T-Shirt from WalMart that I bought in 2006!

the size is smaller than a 4X L and if you get this you may want to get a size bigger than a 4X if you are 2 22 lb or more
