Too forever to arrive and when it did the hat was folded in half and badly crushed. Inadequate packing, Could not get the hat to look smooth. The size was too small. Could not be returned as far as I could see.totally dissatisfied. My daughter has hat molds and a steamer (she makes hats) as well as a smaller head, I passed it on to her.
