Too small for me

Too small for me I am a size 2XL in American size with a 44 inch waist and that's what l ordered l received size 36 inch trousers. However in the size chart of the company l purchased the pants from it states that 2XL fits up to 45 inch waist, but instead l received 3 size 36 trousers that don't fit l did not know the these trousers were shipped all the way from china and took a long time to arrive and the pants don't even fit. I would like a refund or send me the right size pants in the colors that l ordered. Thank you.

These are made out of some super cheap silky feeling material that literally does not hold thread at all. The very first time i worse these the seems literally started just falling apart.
