Terrible quality, horrible paint job

The paint job on these is terrible. It looks like they missed spots. It looks like they also handled and smudged the paint after it had been freshly painted. There are random bits of red paint that look like fingernail polish. Also, one part of it is a little bit bent. Packaging was perfectly intact, so I think it was just made crooked.
