awesome. no leaking. z lI don't feel it fits 5 cups of food, I do wish it held more. its very heavy so not ideal for younger ones, also really hard to get open once its sealed shut. leakproof though, yes! you could put straight liquid in this thing and it wont leak. keeps cold/chilled from 630am -1230pm for sure.
