I was really disappointed with the condition of this merchandise when it arrived. There was a noticeable stain right on the face, which is certainly not something I expected when purchasing a new item. For the price, I expected much better quality control and care before it was shipped. Hopefully, this was just a one-time oversight, but it definitely took away from the experience.

The bust I received is NOT what is advertised. They look totally different. I bought what was advertised before. This is not it. Beard is totally different. Hat trim is super thin. If they used an accurate photo it would be fine because someone would know what they're getting. However, I was expecting what was advertised and I did not get that. Pictures below show what I got vs what was advertised. The pics of the painted Santa is what I purchased before and what it looks like painted. You can see the beards are not the same.
