This is one of the best ovens I've bought. The most important for me is that my grandchildren are able to use it correctly. The outside of the oven doesn't get extremely hot to where there is a burn concern. The handles are far enough from the glass that you will not burn your knuckles. The functions are clear and easy to use. The preheat function is great. It doesn't take long to preheat. When making big dinners I get it don't in half the time cause it's like having three ovens in my kitchen. This is and was a great buy. By the way my bacon comes out crispy brown and crunchy!!!!
