This arrived about a week ago but I just got it upstairs and set up today! 11/30/24 It is heavy!!! It comes out of the box ready to use attach the phone and remote holders with a Phillips screwdriver and plug it in! It's smooth and very quiet. I've used it twice today. I plan to walk 30 min to an hour daily and I think this will be good for that. I may sorta jog, but I won't run because I'm 75 years old and I don't run nowadays-lol! But I think this is sturdy enough that one could run on it. I'm not a heavy person so body weight could make a difference, but I think I'm really gonna love this little walking pad!
