The chair is comfortable, though it takes a moment to adjust to its shape—especially if you're used to large gaming chairs. I suffer from back pain, and I feel that the chair's design encourages me to sit a bit more upright; I've found that this has prevented me from slouching and triggering my pain. Sitting with the chair's backrest positioned in front of me isn't really my style; as a woman with a large bust, I find it uncomfortable to lean against it—though I can see how it might be comfortable for people with a smaller bust or none at all. I am relatively petite—5'5" (165 cm)—and I find the chair comfortable enough to cross my legs or kneel; however, I can see how it might be a bit uncomfortable for people with longer legs. Overall, this chair is a good option if you're looking for something different. I can't guarantee that it will cure your back pain, but you will definitely be able to kneel or cross your legs comfortably. It sits quite high—higher than conventional chairs—so I had to raise my desk slightly to ensure the monitor remained at eye level while I sat. At its highest setting, the seat cushion reaches a height of 27 inches (69 cm).

I love the shape of the backrest. It should be the new standard for chairs, allowing me to rest my arms comfortably on the back arm rests. It feels very natural sitting like this. Having the lower bench is a huge plus. Sitting cross-legged is very comfortable, especially for my restless legs.
