[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are okay, but I have been shipped the wrong pair over and over again and they don't do anything about it, they don't even reply to me when I ask what is going on, and why I haven't been receiving the wrong color. They've shipped me the wrong pair 2 times now..?and just stopped replying. I wanted to love this company but I'm a little upset. The boots are very cute though, I liked them alot but I'm disappointed with the customer service.
