I want to start by describing myself to help with the size vs the chair. I am 5'0, 155lbs. I fit perfectly in this chair. What surprised me the most is how good the support is on your back. I have not found a chair like this in a very long time. I was a little concerned because the back does seem short, but somehow it supports your back perfectly.
