Very comfortable.

I especially appreciated the lumbar support cushion. I assembled the chair by myself but had to lift the base onto the seat because the seat with the arm rests was too heavy for me. Customer service said the castors are polyethelene and safe for wood but I found they slide better when replaced with rubber wheels.

Wow great price and great chair!

I am very excited about this chair. I received it and assembled it yesterday. The directions were very easy and I had no issues. I will come back and update this review if I experience any issues. But so far it is very comfortable! The extra cushion is a perfect angle for my neck when I lay the chair back and the foot rest is perfect. It's wide enough for me to criss cross apple sauce (trying to keep it PC lol ).

All I gotta say is WOW

I've only had it for a day but the value for the money is so great I had to make a review immediately. Coming from a similarly priced Office Depot chair I bought 6 years ago, this is a HUGE upgrade. I'm 6'2 pushing 300lbs and this chair feels very comfortable and solid. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. Only took me about 45-50 minutes by myself. The box is quite heavy but once you take the parts out individually, its not hard to build by a single person. Will update in a. year or so if anything changes. So far I'm impressed!
