Perfect for a little girl!

This was my granddaughter's Christmas gift. She loved it! The color and the design are her favorites. She's been wearing it at every opportunity. The matching unicorn umbrella makes this a really cute rain ensemble. It seems to be decent quality and keeps her dry. Plastic might could be a bit thicker but overall I was pleased with it.
