Pit Boss 3-Series Gas Smoker in Red Hammertone - PBV3G1

This was purchased for me as a replacement that was damaged by someone else, I love this smoker! I give it five stars regardless of the only issue. From the very start the push in igniter never worked for me. But this thing smokes like a champ!

After reading the reviews, I settled on this vertical gas smoker - So far, everything from product to customer service, and shipping was spot on - I have smoked two briskets, two roasts, one chicken, some short ribs, and a tri-tip - Everything works well - Building it is not too painful, good instructions - The wood drawer is easy to load without losing the heat - There is some kind of scrape going on, when removing it - No biggie - I will figure out what is going on there, eventually - A notice other than the wood drawer, is the temp gauge - For some reason it fogged out really bad on the intitial, however I could still read it - So, I told customer service about it and sent some pix's, and they shot one out to me in now time - Great Service!!!!! The new gauge fogged up as well - Oh well!! - IIWII (It Is What It Is) - I believe with time the gauge will stop fogging - Not a bother, as long as it works - And it does, WELL !!!!! For the money, this is one badass smoker - I HIGHLY recommend PIT BOSS - I have totally enjoyed it so far - Thank you PIT BOSS, Cheers, Mek
