I had to look into the men's department to find a 100% cotton robe! I don't towel off most parts of my body, so I just put on this robe dripping wet. Believe it or not I don't notice any dripping water or wet spots; excellent absorption. I love, love, love this robe because it has the belt sewn on each side at the waist. Only thing is the cotton is a bit rough, so any repetitive motion (at the inner upper arm) starts to get sore.

When I took it out of the package I was worried the sleeves would be too short. They weren't. The material is soft and sheds a little. The fabric is not heavy but it's thick enough to dry my skin and bathing suit and not be soggy. A good buy if you need a wrap after getting out of the hot tub or shower. It's not too heavy for a 74-year-old woman to manage. It wraps nicely. The belt is sewn in place and has loops. 2 pockets.
