NO NOISE DOG

Upon getting this product from FedEx I didn't realize it was mine/wife's . So when she did we noticed that it felt odd. Upon inspection it has a flat spot that may have been crushed. I tried numerous brand new batteries and you can feel movement, but can barely hear it. My wife is very disappointed I want a new one or a full refund. Thanks!
