Not non-slip!!

NOT non-slip!! Just started decorating for the holidays.its moving around my kitchen floor every time you're near it! It's not secure! It's not safe!. I have purchased better rugs at dollar general for about the same price and I expected at least similar quality. My theme is snowflakes and planned to use thru March. It hasn't even been 1 hour!
