Rubbermaid INSTAMAT Tub Mat, Non-Slip Bath Mat

I really like this tub mat. It is the perfect size that for which I was looking for my tub. I like the color as well. The instructions state to run water in the tub first and then lay down the mat. I did that the first couple of uses, now, I just lay the mat in the tub however I do take the time to press down' all the suction cups to make sure the mat is secure. There is a little slippage on the side (very little) when getting out of the tube and this is due to added pressure of getting out of the tub. I just take more care. Overall, I have not experienced any slippage when actually using the mat while showering. I would recommend not leaving the mat in the tub after use as there would be water build up under the mat. I pull the mat up and rinse it off (for any soap residue). I use the ShamWow sheets to dry off the mat. I dry off the mat top and then dry off the back. It is designed to hang from behind the showerhead, but I just hang it over the side of the tub to dry.

Rubbermaid INSTAMAT Tub Mat: NonSlip- yes- didn't

This Rubbermaid INSTAMAT Tub Mat turned out to be a really nice addition to my shower. It is non-slip just like it says. The suction cups are really sturdy and stick quite well. It doesn't hang on my particular showerhead, but that's more about my set up than the product itself. I just hang it on the hooks in my shower and that works perfectly. On the floor of the shower, it stays put, feel secure under foot, and looks clean and simple. It does exactly what I needed to do and I definitely recommend it.

Safe, Secure, and Easy to Dry

I'm so happy I was able to get the Rubbermaid InstaMat Non-Slip Bath Mat. I have a very old tub, and the floor is extremely slippery and honestly dangerous, so this mat has been a great addition. It sticks securely to the tub and doesn't slide around at all. It also has drain holes throughout, which helps prevent water from pooling. My favorite feature is how easy it is to dry. With other bath mats, I've had issues with dirt and mold building up underneath, but not with this one. After each shower, I can simply remove it and hang it on the showerhead to dry. I wash it weekly during my regular shower cleaning, and it stays fresh. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a safer, cleaner bath mat.
