I'm 5'7” 150 pounds and kept the medium. A nice full coverage fit. Good quality and nice material can't go wrong for a basic pair of bottoms.

color and fit are great, which surprised me because the matching top is awful. I'm on the hippier side, 5'7 150lbs but the large fit like a dream. Flattering coverage and comfortable.
