This machine is great i have hot enough water to make my tea and instant coffee the cold water is nice and cold for hot days and days you are working outside on the yard or what not, the fact that it can take 3-5 gallon water bottles is great too for when the store runs out and you have to go somewhere else.

We switched from a top load water dispenser to this model. What a game changer. No more trying to flip the bottle. The old one only had hot and cold. This one is fed from underneath and has hot, cold, and room temp water. I was afraid it was going to be super loud, but it's not that bad at all. Being pumped fed versus gravity Feder will obviously make more noise, but once the reservoir is filled it stops running. Great option for those looking for a sleek design with a great ease of use. Highly recommended.
