I was fine blown by the quality, the gorgeous blue color, the pleating and sewing quality of this product. I feel like it looks very high-end. I couldn’t believe that it came from Walmart! It is just pure gorgeousness! I took this picture after taking it right out of the package. It definitely needs to be washed and steamed, but the quality of the material feels like it will do very well after washing and ironing.

A beautiful skirt that doesn’t fit me

I gave this skirt five stars before I put it on. After it was on, I would give it a 3 to 4 star rating based on how it hung on me which is more an issue with my body type than the skirt. The skirt is beautiful. Looks much more expensive than what is being charged for it. Makes me sad to have to return it, but I know I won’t wear it. Oh, one more thing I bought the medium blue and it is stunning.
